At Anne Frenette we use a straightforward approach for every project. It is designed to provide us with a deep understanding of your organization, your objectives, your key messages, and exactly what must be accomplished. Getting to really know your business is one of our keys to success.

We put together a senior level team chosen specifically to work on your business throughout the entire project, every step of the way.  You’ll see the same faces from start to finish.   

Once the team is in place, a period of discovery begins — we find out everything we can about your organization. We meet with key players in your organization, review marketing documents, advertising and collateral materials, results and survey data from past events, and anything else you can give us to help us understand your organization and its goals.  

When we have a thorough understanding of your organization and have clearly defined your objectives, we create an Event Marketing Plan specifically addressing all elements that will make up your event. This document will serve as the master plan for the event and will include the strategy, scope, timeline, communications plan, key messages, objectives, competitive overview, budget, program plan, marketing and publicity plan, sponsor and partner opportunities, and the Event Performance Assessment Plan. Contingency plans are also developed so that we are prepared for the unexpected.

We then go to work to produce a creative, impactful, and effective event designed to exceed your expectations.

Once the event is completed we execute our Event Performance Assessment and a wrap-up of the event that lets us know how well we did against the objectives, including your bottom line goals.
